CHO CDM10

CHO CDM10 is chemically-defined (CD) basal media, without protein, protein hydrolysate and any animal-derived components, it suitable for high-density cell suspension expansion and stable expression of diffrent CHO cell lines (CHO-K1,CHO-S,CHO DG44 and ect.), it can effectively support CHO high-level expression of recombinant proteins and antibodies. CHO CDM10 combine with commercial feed media, can support high-density cell expansion, viability maintenance and expression, achieving high-level and high-quality protein/antibody titer.

Dry Powder/Liquid medium 

Tobitec™ CHO CDM10 medium can provide various specifications of culture medium Dry Powder-Bag or Barrel, Liquid-Bottle, with the same performance and formula as liquid and dry powder medium. Tobitec™ CHO CDM10 dry powder and liquid medium is produced without animal origin, protein.Tobitec™ CHO-1 CDM08 culture medium has the same performance and chemical defined.

CHO series medium

The CHO media series includes ：One instant transfer media CHO CDM10, three stable transfer media: CHO CDM27, CHO CDM29, CHO CDM34,  and two supplementary culture media Tobitec FA and Tobitec FB, all of which are fully chemically defined, animal-derived and protein-free.They are suitable for large-scale suspension culture of CHO and product expression, can support high-density cell expansion and stable product expression. Among them, CHO CDM27 is specially optimized for CHO-ZN. Tobitec FA&FB are highly efficient feeding mediums specially designed for improving CHO cell growth and production,which can satisfy the nutrient needs from high cell density culture and high level expression.
