Responsibility:
1. Responsible for the sales and promotion of reagents such as Bio-macromolecular Drugs (antibodies, proteins, vaccines and ect.) and Cell & Gene Therapy (CAR-T/TCR-T/NK and other immune cell therapy,MSCs therapy and ect.) media in the Indian market, cooperate with program technicians to accurately tap customer needs, and use various sales strategies/techniques to achieve sales targets;
2. Visit customers regularly, maintain existing customer relationship and develop new potential customers;
3. Responsible for early external customer demand mining, internal discussion of customer products and technology requirement, telephone or email communication by English, to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of information exchanging;
4. Responsible for the completion of project bidding, business negotiations, making quotations, contract execution and other sales work;
5. Participate in industry related exhibitions, collecting market related information, and work out sales and marketing strategies with the sales team;
6. Complete other work assigned by the superior.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in cell biology, molecular biology, biotechnology or related is preferred;
2. Familiar with the process of Bio-macromolecular Drugs and Cell&Gene Therapy, with more than 2 years of sales experience of biological reagents in the industry of Bio-macromolecular Drugs or Cell&Gene Therapy;
3. Proficient in Chinese and English, with good communication skills;
4. Have good self-management ability and learning ability, can take the initiative to carry out work within the scope of responsibility, and can spontaneously improve self-ability;
5. Good at communication and cooperation, high savvy, clear logic, responsible and flexible sales potential.
