Recombinant Trypsin Solution

Recombinant Trypsin Solution

  • Serum-Free
  • Without any animal-derived

Recombinant trypsin solution is a high purity recombinant enzyme produced by microbial fermentation. It can be used for the dissociation of a variety of attached mammalian cells, including human diploid cells, VERO, MDCK, 293, CHO-K1 and primary chicken embryo cells, and can be used in a wide range of cell culture applications. Its dissociation kinetics is similar to that of trypsin, and it can cleave the C-terminal peptide bond of lysine and arginine. Due to its high purity and only a single enzyme action, the dissociation specificity is higher and the toxicity is lower, which can also reduce the dissociation destruction of trypsin and various proteases in other extraction reagents. Compared with trypsin of animal origin, the recombinant trypsin digestion solution has higher stability.
